Our Cabo Marino Rosé comes from the best selection of Pinot Noir grapes, aged in the cellar for at least 4 years. It is a raspberry colored Rosé with steel reflections, fine bubble creating a slow developed little rosary as the sea tides. Its smell reminds the fruity aromas from our very early age; pleasant in the palate with an integrated bubble.Iit is meant for great sailors and easily combined with hot and cold courses and ideal to accompany caviar and oysters.
